Complete Your Company Profile

Your Company settings

  1. Select Company Settings via the left menu gear icon
  2. Ensure company name, email, and registration number are completed
  3. Check and adjust the invoice address format if necessary
  4. Add and size your logo

Invoice settings

  1. Select Invoice and quote settings via the left menu gear icon
  2. Adjust or customize your invoice language
  3. Review the pre-set payment terms (days)
  4. Add notes to appear on every invoice

Style Your Invoice

Invoice templates

  1. Select Templates & brands via the left menu gear icon
  2. Check your Logo & size
  3. Choose a theme for your template
  4. Style your invoice with colors, fonts, and display options
  5. Add attachments to include with each invoice

Connect a Payment Gateway

Integrations

  1. Go to Integrations from the left menu
  2. Connect an existing or add new payment integration

Add a Manual Payment

Invoice settings

  1. Select Invoices and quote settings from the left menu gear icon
  2. Add a manual payment method
  3. Add name, customer notes, and payment details

Setting Up Your Taxes

Tax settings

  1. Open Tax Settings from the left menu, gear icon
  2. Select the Tax ID tab and update or add your Tax Number
  3. Choose the Single Taxes and create your tax assigning it to your new tax number

Create Your First Invoice

New invoice

  1. Open Sales from the left menu, choose Invoices
  2. Click the plus button
  3. Add a client and line items
  4. Save and review
